33-year-old woman that desired fuller, lifted breasts. She was a 36DD most of her life and up to and up to DDD when pregnant. She lost a considerable amount of weight but is now at a healthy weight. She is mostly concerned about droopiness and lack of upper pole fullness. To address her concerns she underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with lift using Allergan Style 15 Silicone 265 CC implants that were placed under the muscle.
