31-year-old mother of 2 with history of a submuscular breast augmentation performed by another surgeon using Mentor 310cc saline implants filled to 375cc bilaterally. The patient was bothered by rippling, implant position and the size of her breasts. She chose to exchange her saline implants with Natrelle Inspira style SSX 615cc silicone implants, vertical mastopexies, capsulorraphies and surgical mesh for tissue support.
