38-year-old female with a history a submuscular saline breast augmentation using McGhan style 68MP 300cc on the right and 270cc on the left. The patient was concerned with her implant position and desired to be slightly larger. Following a detail discussion of options, she chose to deflate her old saline implants to help her breasts reposition themselves before proceeding with a bilateral implant exchange. The patient chose Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch SSF 325cc smooth, round, silicone implants. She also underwent a bilateral mastopexy, capsulorraphies, mesh overlay reinforcement of capsulorraphy and pocket tightening sutures to get her implants up and in.
