40-year-old female that was unhappy with her small and droopy breasts. She went from a B Cup to a DD during pregnancy and after nursing went down to a 34 A. She desired to become a full B to a small C. This patient chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation with a vertical mastopexy using Natrelle Style 20 – 350cc Silicone implants that were placed under the muscle.
