27-year-old mother of two that was concerned with her small and droopy breasts. She was a DD while breast feeding then went down to a B cup and now desires to become a full C to a small D. The patient chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation with a vertical mastopexy using Natrelle Style 20 – 350cc silicone implants that were placed under the muscle.
