This patient is 6 months post-operative following bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy to address breast asymmetry. The procedure involved the placement of 450cc Natrelle silicone implants, chosen to enhance volume and create a more balanced, symmetrical appearance. At this stage in her recovery, the patient is seeing excellent results with natural-looking breast contours, improved shape, and a more youthful profile. Her scars are continuing to heal well, and she is very pleased with her enhanced breast symmetry and overall aesthetic outcome. She is reporting full recovery and feeling confident in her appearance.
