18-year-old female that was concerned with her small and uneven breasts. The patient elected to proceed with a bilateral (dual plane) breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Style SSF silicone implants 335cc on the right and 345cc on the left. A periareolar mastopexy of the right breast was also performed to be more symmetric with the left side.
