21-year-old female that was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after loosing 40lbs. She elected to proceed with a bilateral mastopexy and submuscular breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Style SSX silicone implants 375cc. The patient also had fat grafting to her right breast to help with symmetry.
