42-year-old mother of two that was concerned with her small and uneven breasts. She was a 32 A and desired to become a 32 C. An augmentation with mastopexy was recommended to achieve the best results, however the patient did not want a breast lift. She elected to proceed with a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSM 330cc on the left and 385cc on the right.
