38-year-old that had lost ~100lbs through diet and excercise and was concerned with her large, droopy breasts. She was a 38 D and desired to become a BB, C. The patient did not want breast implants so she elected to proceed with a bilateral mastopexy and auto augmentation. An auto augmentation uses the excess breast tissue and repurposes it to reshape, volumize and retain the patient’s current breast size.
