40-year-old female that underwent a submuscular saline breast augmentation in 2009. The patient felt her implant size was too big and wished to be smaller. In 2016 she chose to have her saline implants deflated in preparation for additional surgery but was unable to proceed due to personal reasons. Now 2018 the patient chose to remove her breast implants, bilateral mastopexies and liposuction to her upper abdomen.
