56-year-old female that was bothered with the position of her breasts on her chest wall. She wanted them “up”. Patient is a DD and is OK with her size, just wanted them lifted. After discussing her options with Dr. Derby she chose to undergo a bilateral mastopexy using Galaflex Mesh for tissue support and fat grafting to the breasts for a more full upper pole following the mastopexy.
