52-year-old female that underwent a subpectoral periareolar mastopexy/augmentation with Style 20, 500cc implants years ago. The patient had developed discomfort in her right chest/breast and chose to remove her breast implants without undergoing a breast lift. The patient understood that ptosis would persist and she was ok with this.
