57-year-old female who underwent a subglandular breast augmentation in 1990 with silicone implants around 300cc. In 2005 she underwent replacement with smaller implants (Mentor textured silicone 175cc) but still felt too big. She presents with capsular contractures and feels too big and droopy. Now after consulting with Dr. Engel she chose to remove and not replace her implants, capsulectomies, and did not want a mastopexy even though her ptosis will be worse.
