67-year-old female with a history of submuscular, transaxillary saline breast augmentation in 1999. The patient had a recent left implant rupture and was never truly happy with her implant size. She elected to proceed with bilateral implant deflation, implant removal and breast lift with no implant replacement and axillary liposuction. The patient now “feels like herself” and is very pleased with her results.
