Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to remove her old breast implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira style SCF 295cc on the left and 335cc on the right with a vertical mastopexy, interposed capsulorrhaphy and Galaflex Mesh reinforcement of capsulorrhaphy and pocket.
