38-year-old female that underwent a submuscular breast augmentation in 2003 using Style 68 360 mL implants inflated to 400 mL bilaterally. Now 10+ years later the patient has had a child which she nursed for ~ 2 years and started working out. She has noticed loss of volume in her breasts and rippling especially along the left lower pole. After consulting with Dr. Mobley the patient chose to remove and replace her current implants with Allergan Style SRX 580 mL silicone implants. She also had bilateral casulectomies with placement of Galaflex mesh for tissue support.
