60-year-old female that underwent a silicone breast augmentation 32 years ago and developed a capsule contracture on the left side. After consulting with Dr. Mobley the patient chose to remove and replace her implants with Natrelle Inspira Style SSF 240cc silicone implants placed under the muscle with Galaflex Mesh for tissue support. She also had bilateral capsulectomies, bilateral mastopexy and correction of left inverted nipple.
