37-year-old female that previously underwent a breast reduction with another surgeon then later nursed 3 children. She was now concerned with her droopy breasts. She was a 34 CC, D but felt saggy and didn’t fill her bras. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and mastopexy. She chose Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants, Style SCF 385cc that were placed under the muscle.
