61-year-old female that lost 165lbs, through diet and exercise was unhappy with her small and droopy breasts. After consulting with Dr. Engel, the patient chose to proceed with a bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with a breast lift using Allergan Natrelle Inspira Silicone implants Style SRM 520cc. The patients photos are only 6 months post operative so her breasts will continue to heal and settle with time. The patient is very pleased with her results.
