52-year-old female that was concerned about early facial aging including mild cheek/neck laxity, upper lid skin excess and wrinkles of the upper lip as well as mild volume loss around the eyes. To address her concerns she chose to undergo a necklift, skin excision upper eyelids, fx laser cheeks, upper lip, fat injections to tear troughs and temples.
