51-year-old mother of two that was concerned with excess abdominal skin and excess abdominal adipose tissue. The patient had also undergone a previous breast augmentation and breast lift and was unhappy with the appearance of her breast over time. She chose to undergo a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction to her flanks and axilla. She also chose to remove and replace her old saline breast implants with Allergan Natrelle Style SCF Cohesive silicone impants 450cc’s and a bilateral breast lift using surgical mesh for tissue support.
