30-year-old mother of 3 that was concerned with her small, droopy breasts and the excess skin and stretch marks on her abdomen. She chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation (Dual Plane) using Allergan style 15, 397cc silicone implants placed through an inframammary incision. To address her abdomen she chose to undergo an extended lower tummy tuck. 5 years later the patient had a contracture with glandular ptosis and chose to remove and replace her implants with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants 650cc and a breast lift. The patient also revised her tummy tuck scar.
