This patient was concerned with the excess skin of her upper and lower eyelids, fat excess of the lower eyelids and facial aging. She chose to undergo a bilateral upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty – subciliary and fat grafting to cheeks, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips, oral commissures and chin.
