67-year-old female that was concerned with facial wrinkles and the loss of volume to her face. She chose to undergo CO2 Laser to perioral, Restylane to nasolabial folds, oral commisures, perioral, upper lip and lower lip, fat grafting to perioral, cheeks, lips, malar mounds, marionette lines and nasolabial folds, lower eyelid blepharoplasty and a facelift.
