53-year-old female that was concerned with the tired appearance of her eyes and loss of volume to her face. To address her concerns she chose to undergo a bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat grafting to the cheeks, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, infra-brow region, tear troughs, temples and lower eyelids
