64-year-old female that was concerned with the loss of volume to her face and the excess skin and fat on her upper and lower eyelids giving her a tired appearance. She chose to undergo a bilateral upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. tarsal strip suspension and fat grafting to the cheeks, lateral brow, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, oral commisure, tear troughs, temples and upper lip areas.
