71-year-old female that was concerned with the tired appearance of her eyes. She chose to undergo a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, facelift, fx CO2 laser, earlobe reduction and fat grafting to the infra-brow region, malar mounds, marionette lines, perioral, cheeks, nasolabial folds, tear troughs, lower eyelids, prejowl sulcus, submalar region and oral commisure areas.
