72-year-old female that was concerned with her large and droopy breasts. She suffered from neck pain, bra strap grooving and had difficulty obtaining brassieres. She was a 34 J and desired to become a 34, C or D. To address her concerns this patient chose to undergo a bilateral breast reduction.
