33-year-old female that had undergone a subpectoral transaxillary saline breast augmentation years ago with another surgeon. The patient always felt her breasts were too far spaced out and now fall off to the side. She desired to be slightly bigger but with a very natural upper pole slope. Following a detailed discussion of her options she chose to remove her old saline implants (Mentor 350cc) and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Silicone implants Style SSM 445cc, capsulorrhaphy and reinforcement with Galaflex scaffolding.
