37-year-old female with a history of breast hypoplasia who underwent a subpectoral saline breast augmentation in 2006, with Mentor 350-1650, MP 325-375cc (filled to 350cc) before children. She then had triplets. Her implants now fall laterally and she desired larger implants. She chose to remove and replace her implants, capsulorrhaphy with scaffolding reinforcement. Implants placed: Natrelle Inspira Cohesive Gel Style SCX 470cc.
