35yr old patient decided to undergo breast augmentation with silicone implants after volume loss and drooping breast. Patient is a mother of two and was wearing a 34B bra and deisred to be a 34C. She wanted to achieve a natural look and did not want a breast lift. Dr. Engel used Allergan Natrelle 410FX Highly Cohesive Anatomically shaped silicone filled 360cc breast implants placed under the muscle.
