27-year-old female that was a B cup and desired to become a full D cup. The patient expressed that she was very fit and didn’t want her breast augmentation to interfere with her physical activity and training. She decided to proceed with a bilateral subfacial breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Style SRX 400cc smooth round silicone implants. By placing the implant under the fascia, and on top of the muscle, she gained the benefits of under the muscle coverage, while minimizing her risk for her breast implant moving, or “animating” while she poses on stage. She also underwent inverted nipple correction.
