34-year-old patient felt deflated after breast feeding 2 children and feels that nipples are sinking in. Currently wears a 34B and would like to be a 34C. Patient is very active and didn’t want to be too big.
Patient’s lifestyle and frame were taken into consideration when selecting implants. Patient is thin with wide cleavage and depleted upper pole fullness. She chose 360CC Natrelle style 410 FX highly cohesive anatomically shaped silicone-filled breast implants placed under the muscle.
