38-year-old female that felt she lost upper pole fullness secondary to breast feeding and wanted to fill out her bra/clothing better. She was a C cup and desired to become a DD cup. The patient chose to undergo a bilateral subfascial breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Style 68HP smooth round saline implant 465cc filled to 510cc on the right and 465cc filled to 470cc.
