51-year-old female that had a previous breast augmentation and developed capsular contractures of the breasts. She chose to remove her old breast implants and replace them with Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SSF, 335ml on the left and 295ml on the right. The patient also underwent a bilateral mastopexy with interposed capsulorrhaphy and Galaflex mesh reinforcement.
