26-year-old female that was concerned with her small droopy breasts, upper back fat and lateral chest fat. She chose to undergo a bilateral subfascial breast augmentation to achieve as much breast elevation as possible since she did not want a breast lift. Natrelle Inspira Style SCF, 415cc Cohesive Silicone Implants were used and placed through an inframammary incision. She also had liposuction to her upper back and lateral chest.
