26-year-old mother of two that had a tuberous breast deformity. She chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation using Allergan style 15, 492cc silicone implants. The patient did not wish to have periareolar shaping therefore her implants were placed in the subglandular plane along with radial scoring and lowered inframammary fold to improve her breast shape.
