67 year old Sarasota female complained of excess skin on her upper and lower eyelids. She previously has an upper eyelid surgery (periorbital revision) but noticed her eyes have become smaller in appearance. She is also displeased with fullness she has medially in the upper lids, along with the lower lid skin-muscle she has in the lower lids leading to periorbital aging.
Dr. Derby performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat injections, skin excision of upper eyelids, and bilateral canthopexies (tightening of underlying muscle structure) to help hold up the lateral corners of the eyelids.
