49 year old female that was bothered with her lower eyelid bags and excess skin. She also desired improvement in her upper eyelid appearance. She is “tired of looking tired”. This patient chose to undergo a bilateral upper blepharoplasty and a lower transconj blepharoplasty with a skin pinch and fat grafting to the face.
