62-year-old male that was conerned with asymmetry of the upper eyelid, skin excess of the lower eyelid, fat excess of the lower eyelid and tired look to the eyes. He chose to undergo a bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty (external approach, skin flap and fat transposition), lateral canthopexies and left upper lid ptosis repair – tarsolevator advancement.
