64-year-old male that was concerned with skin excess of the upper eyelid, fat excess of the upper eyelid, skin excess of the lower eyelid and tired look to the eyes. He chose to undergo a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid blepharoplasty – skin flap, fat pad removal, mild muscle tightening, conservative skin resection, fat to the tear troughs and canthopexies.
