59-year-old very healthy female that was bothered by upper eyelid skin excess, lower eyelid skin wrinkling and perioral wrinkling. She chose to proceed with a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, fat pad removal lower blepharoplasty, FX laser lower eyelids, phenol peel peri-oral and fat grafting to tear troughs, temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and oral commissures.
