72-year-old male that was concerned with excess skin of the upper and lower eyelids, fat excess of the lower eyelids, eyelid hooding and overall tired look to the eyes. He desired to look “refreshed”. The patient chose to undergo a bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty-subciliary and upper eyelid blepharoplasty, with fat grafting to cheeks, glabella, infraorbital rim, malar mounds, nasolabial folds and tear troughs.
