43-year-old female that had gained a lot of weight around her 2 pregnancies then lost ~75lbs through diet and exercise. She was now concerned with excess abdominal skin, excess abdominal adipose tissue, excess flank adipose tissue and excess lateral thigh adipose tissue. To address her concerns she chose to undergo a lipoabdominoplasty with liposuction to flanks, full abdomen, lateral and medial thighs.
