41-year-old female that was interested in body contouring. The patient lost over 150lbs after having gastric bypass. She had complications from her gastric bypass and needed an open upper midline procedure. She consulted with Dr. Engel and chose to undergo a Fleur de Lis Abdominoplasty given the degree of laxity and upper midline scar. She also had liposuction of her lateral and medial thighs. Post operative photos were taken at 3 months so the scars are still dark but will continue to fade over time.
