61-year-old female looking to improve the overall appearance of her skin. Her concerns consisted of age spots, fine wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, photo damage, skin texture and uneven skin tone. After consulting with Dr. Derby the patient chose to proceed with laser resurfacing to the full face and fat grafting to the infraorbital rim, lateral brow, lips, malar mounds, marionetee lines, nasolabial folds, prejowl sulcus, tear troughs, temples and cheeks.
