She chose to undergo a facelift, earlobe reduction, CO2 laser resurfacing to upper lip, bilateral upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and fat grafting to lateral brow, upper/lower lips, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, oral commissures, and tear troughs.
