56-year-old female that was concerned with jowling, upper and lower eyelid changes and loss of volume to her lips. Following a detailed consultation the patient chose to undergo a facelift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and fat grafting into the marionette lines, nasolabial folds, submental crease, tear troughs and temples.
