59 year old female that was concerned with her lower eyelid bags and excess skin which she thought made her look tired. The patient was also unhappy with her facial laxity and cheek scarring from acne. She chose to undergo a facelift upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty with fat injections, fx laser cheeks and neck.
